Changing Shop's Theme and don't want to loss files

Hello, I have my shop that has been online for 6months, it already has about a thousand products uploaded. I wish to change the theme to a much better looking one that I bought recently and I don't want to lose the files uploaded in the shop already and their prices. Any Idea and help how to go about switching the themes and keeping shop details, uploads, images, and prices?

Installing and switching the theme depends a bit on your shop version. This goes to some modules too. You just have to make sure that the new theme is compatible with your shop version.

But in any case this won't do any harm to your uploads, products and prices which are stored save in your database.
