Adress Import failing

Hello everyone,

I'm a prestashop beginner and there are several problems occuring when I try to import some Adresses. The main problem is that the error message says, that the mailadresses (of possible Institutions we want to cooperate) couldn't be found in the database and so not be confirmed.

General question: do I first need to create and import some customer data? (that in my case wouldn't exist because I just want to import the data off possible cooperation partners)

Also: In my csv file not all rows are filled with Data (for example Last Name/First Name), ist this a problem?

Hi, Prestashop Importer treats the email as a customer email hence while importing it tries to find the email in customer table thats why you are getting the 'not found' error while importing addresses.

Thanks for your answer, at least I'm clear about that then! But as the section email is marked as mandatory, is there any other option to import my data?

You need to create the customer in your prestashop with these emails then you can import these addresses.
