csv product import (problem)

When importing products, I encounter a strange error:

The browser console appears: {"errors": ["To continue, please first upload the file."]}

I only import two fields: ID and net price from the csv file.

I noticed that sometimes the problem appears immediately, and sometimes when there are several dozen% of the progress bar.

Do you know what the problem may be?

CHMODs set correctly, I also combined with the PHP version - no changes.
