mwfloral Posted June 29, 2019 Share Posted June 29, 2019 The search box is generating an error 500. I've rebuilt the index a zillion times When I debug, I get this Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'PrestaShop \ PrestaShop \ Core \ Product \ Search \ ProductSearchContext' not found in /home/florasou/public_html/florasource.flowers/classes/controller/ProductListingFrontController.php:93 Stack trace: # 0 / home / floras /public_html/florasource.flowers/classes/controller/ProductListingFrontController.php(267): ProductListingFrontControllerCore-> getProductSearchContext () # 1 /home/florasou/public_html/florasource.flowers/classes/controller/ProductListingFrontController.php(531): ProductListingFrontControllerCore- > getProductSearchVariables () # 2 /home/florasou/public_html/florasource.flowers/controllers/front/listing/SearchController.php(70): ProductListingFrontControllerCore-> doProductSearch ('catalog / listing ...', Array) # 3 / home /florasou/public_html/florasource.flowers/classes/controller/Controller.php(189)SearchControllerCore-> initContent () # 4 /home/florasou/public_html/florasource.flowers/classes/Dispatcher.php(367): ControllerCore-> run () # 5 /home/florasou/public_html/florasource.flowers/index.p in/home/florasou/public_html/florasource.flowers/classes/controller/ProductListingFrontController.php on line 93 I'm using version 1.6.1.24 www.florasource.flowers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
NemoPS Posted June 30, 2019 Share Posted June 30, 2019 That looks like it's code from 1.7, are you using an incompatible module? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mwfloral Posted July 2, 2019 Author Share Posted July 2, 2019 I do not know. I tried to upgrade to 1.7, but it kept failing, so I reverted back to version 1.6.1.24. How do I determine if I am using an incompatible module? Thanks for your help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
NemoPS Posted July 3, 2019 Share Posted July 3, 2019 Because the class it's calling it's from 1.7, any way you can manually restore a previous backup? I don't see the site running smoothly ever again if you don't bth, looks like it's a bad mix up now. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mwfloral Posted July 3, 2019 Author Share Posted July 3, 2019 I've restored back to 1.6.1.24. I'm attempting to upgrade to 1.7 this week. Hopefully that will fix the problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
