soduno
I have upgraded a old prestashop 1.6 version go the latest, and all is working fine, except add products to cart. Strange is that it's the old imported products, that can't be added to cart. The popup modal is showing, but with zero contents of cart. There is no problems with adding new added products to cart. I did some research and can see that people here suggested clearing of cache, clearing of cookies, check parameters etc. I have done all of those things, still "old" products is not being added to cart. Any ideas why this could be?

mootookoi
Hello, I don't know how to solve your problem but I had somes issue with products import with a .csv file. I think it is a problem with the database since all the fields are not reproduce in the new database. Tell me if I am wrong. If you have not a lot of products, you should recreate them manually. Otherwise, pray for an expert to help you. But some experts do not work with PS 1.7. They advise people to stay in PS 1.6.
soduno
I found out that the minimum amount for each product was set to zero. Which means that in my case, the product quantity at the product page was 0 whenever I tried to add a product to the cart - LOL. I think it must be due to a bug in the upgrade data, or some missing fields. Basically I just added minimum amount to all products via an SQL update, and all works. Thanks for your reply @mootookoi 🙂 Edited July 1, 2019 by soduno (see edit history)
