Slow images PINGDOM

Hello prestapeople

Im having some issues with my shop and i wanted to se if anybody has a solution...

I check my shops loading speed at tools.pingdom.com and it says my loading time is 23 seconds but when i and about 10 other people enter the site i loades in a matter of seconds so why is pingdom bothering me with 23 secs???

the test says that these images take about 12 secs to load but they are so tiny there has to be another problem with them...

Why do they take so much time to load?
