Add "starting from" to a price with many combinations on category and product page

I have products with many size combinations that affect the price.  On the category and product pages it displays the price of the first size, giving the impression that that is the cost for everything. Where can I find the code to change it so that it displays "starting from $-----" instead of just one price?
