Error: This application need you to activate Javascript to correctly work.

Hi,

I am trying to install prestashop version 1.3.1, when I go to www.mydomain.com/prestashop, instated of showing install page it turn out to be a pink screen with white block say "This application need you to activate Javascript to correctly work.".

I had a look through the forum, change code as some people suggested but still have the problem.

Anyone know how to solve this problem?

By the way, I did install 1.3.7 version before, it went well but it wasn't compatible with my downloaded theme so I removed it and trying to install 1.3.1.
