Payment method by carrier not working, main menu keeps disabling itself..

Hi,

So I've got two problems, one a bit more critical, one just annoying.. Using latest version, everything up to date..

1) I have set up a bankwire and paypal payments, went to Payment preferences, set up so that if user selects Carrier 1, only bank wire is available and carrier 2 both payments are available. Does not work, no matter which carrier, both payments are available. Then I've modified the one country, disabled both payments for that country (yes, I am logged in with that country set), again, both payments are available. Okay.. Went to Group restrictions, unchecked all (yes, my user is in one or two of those groups), again, all payments available for both carriers. Basically only currency restrictions has effect. I do have multiple currencies set.

No matter what I do, it does not work.

2) As I've moved the menu from header to sidebar, I had to transplant the main menu module to sidebar or column as its called. Each time I update, disable, enable, install, delete ANY module, this module keeps disabling itself. So each time I have to re-enable it. Why? Just because I did transplant? Does not make any sense..

If anyone has any ideas as to what to do, let me know, thank you.
