Import problem and support answer

Hello,
Let's assume that I have a Presashop store with the integration of 3 wholesale b2b using a module from an external company.
Product images take up 28GB (with 35GB of total server space).
There are 9,000 products in the store, of which 3,000 products are excluded. Photos of excluded products take up a lot of space. The module, however, imports and deactivates products.

changes:
Removal of unused photo types and photos belonging to them. Then delete all excluded products.
Problem:
An error occurs during auto import: image does not exist product id.

The module has been encrypted with ioncube, so I can not check what's going on.
The store's owner claims it's my fault. My task was to remove unnecessary types of photos and their photos and to remove excluded products.
Module support sent such a message: "you initially have small settings for the size of photos (px and mb), therefore the products are turned off"

It seems to me that the module is poorly written and hence the error, and their answer is not at all about the problem when importing.
