Bad price of products abroad (displayed without tax)

After entering the website from abroad, prices without tax are displayed. How to impose the same tax on everyone.

I visit the website via the vpn server and on firefox the prices are displayed incorrect (no tax) and the chrome browser is already good (with tax).
