[Solved] Unable to login to Prestashop 1.6.1.24 Back Office

Hi Presta friends, 

 I  tried logging into my Prestashop and I am unable to access my back office. It was working perfectly fine yesterday. I've tried using different browsers, clearing the cookies, and I am still unable to get into the back office. I keep getting a blank screen like the screenshot attached. 

 Does anyone have any idea what is the issue is and how to resolve this, please let me know.

Not sure what happened, but I'm able to log into the BO again. It's possible it was likely a server issue or reboot?

I ran into this same issue, and it was due to my host upgrading the php version to 7.x -- when I informed them of the issue, they retrograded the version back to 5.x and everything started to work again.

Hi

sometimes it cause by cache and cookies, especially on google chrome.
Try to clear cache of prestashop and browser.
I fix it in this way and use last php 7 version.
