WesleyM Posted June 18, 2019 Share Posted June 18, 2019 (edited) I am attempting an upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6. I used Migration Pro which worked to transfer all of the products in the catalog as well as customers. My problem is that none of the product retail prices are showing in the new 1.6 installation (even though all prices are visible in the 1.5 installation). They all display as zero. I checked a few of the product records and the retail price data is in the record as it was on the 1.5 installation. I attempted to add a new product directly in the 1.6 installation and got the same results. I must be missing something. I notice that when I add a new product, I get what seems to be a warning or caution that something is not right or complete. I have tries adding a wholesale price, a tax rule other than "no tax" and get no change. I notice that the "Show price" box is checked but it is faded out and cannot be accessed to check or uncheck. I think the problem is related to this. I attached a screen shot of the dashboard after I add the product. I'm thinking its something simple that I have not done like a button or a setting that I need to turn on to get the prices to display.
