Disable automatic generation of URL rewriting when editing product name , PS 1.7

For PS 1.7.5.2 i want to disable automatic generation of URL rewriting, when editing product - category name

This post is for PS 1.6,  it is not working for 1.7 ( i cannot find the tpls )
