jojje_f
Hi, I get the error message:"Cannot connect to prestashop.com to get languages list." under Tools - Translations - Add a language."Import a language manually" will shrink the area and show nothing.I think this started after upgrading from 1.4.1.15 to 1.4.0.17.I'm thankful if someone could tell me what the problem is. /Jojje
muziekspullen
Hi, I get the error message:"Cannot connect to prestashop.com to get languages list." under Tools - Translations - Add a language."Import a language manually" will shrink the area and show nothing.I think this started after upgrading from 1.4.1.15 to 1.4.0.17.I'm thankful if someone could tell me what the problem is. /Jojje Hi , i experienced the same.I have tested it on a seperate server with various php versions and with mysql 4 and 5.After various fresh installations and several updates from 1.3.7 i discovered that i could import language packsusing mozilla firefox on pc and mac , however on safari on the mac it never worked , so i posted it as a bug on the bug report forum.I also noticed that when the import works it also drops the addhandler line in my .htaccess file which drops php 5.3.3 or php5.4 that forces my hosting to use these php versions disappears and the whole site goes blank. (the hosting reverts to using php 4 on which prestashop won't work)after editing the .htaccess file again the site comes back online. Also found a working dutch translation pack that i am currently testing at www.minimaltechno.org which is my testingsite for my live shop which is at www.muziekspullen.nli have put the dutch language pack that seems to work as attachment with this post.this languagepack was downloaded from here http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/99046/algemeen/download_nederlandse_taalpakket_voor_versie_1_dot_4nl.gzip
