problem with second language in payment modules

Hi folks,
Hope someone can help me. Few days back my server went down and my website was restored from the backup on my hosting. Problem is that since then I am having troubles with my Slovak translation - on the last page during checkout - the Slovak text won't appear neither in the body of the page nor on buttons. I am fiddling with this for a quite a long time but cannot find the solution. English works just fine. This is happening both for bankwire and cashondelivery modules. Please help me Jedi masters ;-)
