In our stores, we are having problems with the emails that my store sends to customers who use gmail because they do not enter them in their inboxes or in spam. We have already configured the mail by SMPT and other email addresses enter without problems, for example in Outlook they enter Spam, but enter. We have spoken with our mail service and they tell us that they have correctly configured our mail server and added a DKIM signature, but they still do not enter the emails in gmail. They recommend that we hire a special high reputation service for sending this type of mail and that the problem will be solved. Can you lend me a hand? As you indicate, it was a reputation problem and thanks to the services of our mail provider, our emails are already received in gmail.
