Cannot add products, cannot select category

Cannot add a product because i cannot select a category to add the product.

Same problem here.
New prestashop is such a damn mess.

I think i have fixed it.
I have replaced the AdminCatalog.php in the "admin\tab" directory with this one http://svn.prestashop.com/trunk/admin-dev/tabs/AdminCatalog.php

It seems that i can pick a category now.
Did not find any other bugs coming from the replacemant, but when there will be bugs i will let you know.

You can try it yourself, dont forget to backup the old AdminCatelog.php just incase.

I actually managed to fix it with a suitably absurd solution, well its not a solution really but heres what I did before it was fixed.

1. Deleted everything in the blockcategories, then copied the content of the blockcategories that I had on my HDD from the old prestashop 1.3 (still didnt appear) and then i put back the new blockcategories content that i had previously deleted and it started to work..... i do not dare to try it again.

Also on an other note since it`s my 8th hour fixing this shit, if someone finds that all his images just happen to be broken then delete the MEDIA SERVER data on all of the fields in your preferences-performance tab. I didnt touch anything there but for some reason it figured out that I wanted to use media server and therefore everything got broken, just delete everything in the MEDIA SERVER #1,2,3 and all images start to work
