<Solved> Installer problem V 1.4.0.17 it didnt work on step 4 to 5

Hi there,

I have some vierd issue on installer.

What am i doing since last two days;
Upload brand new PS V 1.4.0.17 to 110mb hosting place, which is unzipped and via filezilla ftp binary mode.
creating new db and starting install procedure.
now,
in 1.st step "welcome" screen i agree terms and con. then click "Next"...ok
in 2.nd step "System compatibilty" says "Your configuration is valid, click next to continue!"
(there is no Mycrypt available but no problem igues)
in 3.rd step "System configuration" DB config is ok, i can verify Innodb or MyIsam (i was try to whit bouth but nothing change) Full Mode ins type and skip e-mail delivery setup then click "Next" looks ok DB tables are creating
This is the funy part,
in 4.th step "Shop Conf." i am filling all req fields and skip "Receive notifications by e-mail" and clicking "Next"
Upps! nothing happen Click again no nothing
Tab is allready running it isnt frezee icant pass to "Instolation Complate" part.
So i cant login admin panel but i can see web page if i type url on web browser.
I can change "Shop logo" via installer 4.th step but thats all

other hand in DB "employee" table never filling right user mail adress and password.There is no row.

i was trying last 2 days via "Firefox","Chrome","Opera","IE"

pls somebody help me what should i do

In step 4, there is a bug if you change timezone, so set the Country to ‘England’ and Timezone to ‘Europe/London’. The installation will continue to ‘Step 5 Installation is complete!’\

yes, it worked for me (but there is no "England")
I didnt change "France" and "Europe/Paris" time zone it worked

I had the same issue, posted it here and in the BUG tracker. Never got a repsonce.

What a crap!
