CSV Import challange

Hello

I am doing dropshipping and are importing CSV files from my supplier on a regular basic.

The importing works fine except I have one annoying problem I wonder if anyone can hint me how to solve.

Its about combination/attributes.

There is one attribute called Size which is the size of the clothing or shoes or whatever.

It imports fine and the stock quantity is also importing fine.

The problem is that my webshop is in Norwegian language and the attribute "Size" is called "Størrelse" in my shop.

So I end up with the new attribute called "Size" after importing which I hoped would have been "Størrelse" instead.

The same is the color names.....they imports in English but I would like it to be in Norwegian.

Of course I could keep the English languages on the attributes gut that does not look good.

Is there a way to re-route attributes from one name to another automatically ?  It's very time consuming to translate colors and size every time I do an import/update.

Any clue ??

I would try this:

1. add english language to your shop but don't turn it on

2. when importing attributes select english

3. keep the english attribute names (for english language), you should need to translate only once + every time a new color shows up.
