help to add a floating add-button with combinations and change in the name + values

Hi all.
I was able to add a floating add-cart button
I have been able to put the name of the product and the cost of the product.
I have been able to add values of combinations.
But I have NOT been able to:
Touch combination change photo
Touch combination change product name + combination values.
Attached image
This would be perfect to sell by smartphone.
Does any module include this?
