Problems with the Information section

I'm having a couple of issues with the information section of my shop (the section with delivery, about us, t&cs;etc). Firstly, is it possible to put these in an order, as with the main categories? If so, how? Adding 01. etc before category names hasn't made any difference, so I was wondering if I'd missed something.

Also, and this is my main problem, I added a new page to this section, but it isn't showing up on the homepage tab that has all the other existing categories. Any idea why that might be? It's still visible in the sitemap so definitely has been published.
