hide products in front office

i have seen on many big website such as amazon, when the product reaches 0 it hides the price and has something like this product is victim of its success but the product is still shows in search enine like google. but not showing actually in the front in your store.

does anyone know how to do this? the problem is that i don't want my store to be filled with products customers will click on them to just completely waste their time by clicking on product that isn't actually there, i did the disable trigger in database but this isn't a great way as it creates errors in google search console and doesn't fuly dissapear. 

maybe a way to completely delete them when they reach 0 but this also isn't good as will be less products to be visible in search engine.
so i was thinking of this other solution ( not visible in front of you store by navigating on pages but still showing in search engine )
