Amigos tengo un Problema desde la cuenta del cliente registrado

Cuando el cliente finalmente se registro y tiene su cuenta y le da click en mis puntos de fidelidad o en el momento de terminar con una orden del producto despues de elejir el medio de pago y le da en el boton siguiente
se pasa a esta pagina:

y esto es lo que dice:

o tienes un problema en el servidor o te falta un archivo ya que te está dando un error 404 aparte del error interno del servidor....
