Shop exremely slow when checking out

I recently moved to a new host because my site was lagging compaired to other prestashop sites out there. Now, the majority of the front office is running smoothly, but when a customer goes to check out page loads start to take around 20-30 seconds..

I cant find any infomation on this. I am running 1.3.7 and my url is www.stretchshapes.net

Also, I have switch over my SSL cert, and i get the same speed problem with it enabled and disabled.

Any ideas??
