Can't change anything in Advanced parameters -> Administration

Hello !

I am using prestashop 1.7

I have noticed that I cant update any settings in Advanced parameters -> Administration .

I can't change  things like uploud quota ,notifications about new orders , cookie time and anything else what is under Advanced parameters -> Administration .

When I press - Save - there is no green popup window with text - successfull update - like it is anywhere else .

Now I need to change max product image size from 2MB to 6 MB . There is 8 MB set in server settings but in BO now is only 2MB .

Maybe there is another way to do that ?
