Include custom.js only on specific langauge

Hi,

for Trusted Shops I am forced  to have the Trused-Widget JS Code only loaded for english language. For now I have it in my custom theme in the custom.js file.
Is there a possibility to only load the javascript code when the shop is on english language?

Like can I query the currently set language with javascript?

I think it's better to make a simple module hooked to the header that will add this file there according to the language.
