Free Shipping Issue

Hi Everyone,

We offer free shipping over $150 on our Canada Post carrier only. This seems to be working perfectly for most places in Canada. However, we recently noticed that any customer in Yukon, their postal code seems to prompt free shipping with UPS instead of Canada Post. I checked the cart rules and it doesn't seem like there is any reason this should be happening. Do you have any idea why this would be?
