pwizzard Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 Hi I've seen some reference to this problem already but there doesn't seem to be a solution. Some customers are getting to the shipping part of the shops checkout and are being told there are no Carriers available for their address. This is not the case. I'm struggling to discover a pattern as to why this occurring. I'm using 1.7.5.2 but I believe this problem has been reported in previous versions. musicmaster Posted June 2, 2019 Share Posted June 2, 2019 Could it be that you defined carriers for some products? When no carriers are defined for a product all apply. But when one or more are defined only they apply. And that might take away a carrier suitable for their weight/region/etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BookSequencePress Posted June 13, 2019 Share Posted June 13, 2019 I am having exactly this problem and am stumped. I have installed my needed Canada Post module and even enabled in store pick-up.
