Hook position of staticblocks

Hello everyone, I'm really new with Prestashop. Now, My team and I are working on building an ecommerce website.  we have just starting to configure homepage content but we have a problem with the hook position of staticblocks. Before focusing on the main point, we would like to let you know in general as the following:

In our theme has 5 staticblocks such as Home Banner 1->hook position(blockPosition1), Static Header->hook position(displaynav), Static Home Center top->hook position(blockPosition3), Static Home Center->hook position(home), and Static Home Bottom->hook position(home).

For the last staticblock (Static Home Bottom), I want to move it below the field tab categories 2(Online stores you can see with attachment) and top of the field tab categories 4(Local brand).

Please, anyone can help us to solve with it?
