Setting minimum amount for delivery

Hi community,

I'm using Prestashop 1.7.2.

I want to set a minimum amount like Rs 500 for delivery. If the price is lower than Rs 500 in the cart, say Rs 350 then a message should appear for the customer that add Rs 150 more for delivery. And disable the carrier until the customer adds Rs 150.
