Adding an explain in the right of field in authentication.php

Hi all,

I'm a newbie here. I has tried to add an explain for customers who look it an example to fill fields in authentication.tpl and address.tpl but it can not be shown.

And I also want to add a hyperlink in this shown text. This looks like (Ex: 700000. Help?)

You can see an example (5 characters min.) on the attached picture.

Any suggestion?
