The downloaded file cannot be unziped. Check if PHP supports unzip. It can also be caused by short timeout. Try to upload the archive into the autoupgrade/download folder and choose "Local archive" before the upgrade.

Have tried to manual upload the upgrade file to local folder /autoupgrade /download, still the same issue.

In this case I recommend to copy the whole shop and upgrade locally.
