How to modify and translate elements on the home page?

Hi guys,

Could you please help me modify and translate a few elements on my website? The website is translated in Bulgarian.

1. How to translate the word "wishlist" in the drop down menu of my profile? Please see the screenshot.

2. How to translate the word "more results" in the drop down menu of the search bar? Please see the screenshot.

3. How to modify the word "all categories" in the category menu. Please see the screenshot.

Hi.
 

(1) Go to admin->International->Translations

(2) Select Themes translations

(3) select your themes (my case is  classic)

(4) Select your language(my case in English)

(5) Modify

(6) find your word and translate it.

Thanks for your answer but it is not very helpful. The words I am looking for are not there. I need to find the ".tpl" files. Can you help me find the correct ".tpl" files?

Hi..
please also find word in module file because some custom code coming form module .tpl file 

first check the your_themes->module->ps_searchbar(this defaut prestashop module) if some time custom themes use custom module then you need check the all module tpl file is one by one

you can also translate module tpl file same way above my post
