Using modules more than once

Hi.

I want to use a contentBox module in more than one location which seems OK with hooks but what if I want to use the module with different content in each instance?
Can I only use the contentBox (or any module) for one piece of content?

So, for example, use contentBox on the homepage with some HTML inside.

Then use the module again on another page with javascript inside.

You effectively create more than one module for each piece of html / content. 

Use the generate module link. Type in a name for the module. Download it. Repeat
