The order is change automatic to "shipped" (PS 1.6.x)

Hi,

The first I want is thanked for is help to all community , this is my first topic, but I have received solutions for a long time.

It is happening that between some hours, the order is change automatic to "shipped"  with an administrator user (the first of the registered employees). We haven´t any modules with change state and it was revised in the task module Cron but there isn´t anything .

The solution extreme  I´m thinking about is eliminating this user admin. But I think the employee have relations with other tables such as the case "history of the order".

Check what the automatically shipped orders have in common:

 - same carrier, same payment provider, same products?

 - at what time does it happen? Office hours or when nobody of the staff is logged in?

Hi,

Office hours but user not logged in

It do not keep anything in common, no pattern or any relationship between them, just some past payment orders.  

The solution for the moment is to disable the user. The user is adminitrator and first user of the employees. With this now there isn´t issues

I have a similar problem, Shipped state is triggered 10-20 times a day or more. I'm still looking what cause this. I use shipstation connected with the Webservice.
