Google Rich Snippet Products ERROR on Prestashop 1.7.5.1

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to understand if Prestashop 1.7.5 has a major issue with Google Rich Snippet cause today I've received something like 2000 errors on product pages from Google Search Console and the issue is:

You have to specify "offers", "review" o "aggregateRating".   I'm really surprised actually cause I've found only 1 italian and 1 french topic about this issue and in one of them they said that it seems that this is a 1.7 Prestashop well known bug... So, how to fix it?
