If you want to export other tables that are not fix specified on "Order" and "Customer" listing pages, you need to use an extra tool. You can for ex. use the Presta Store Manger. (please find link on my signature). Tool you can use 14-days for free. Than you need to buy it. Another possibility is to use the SQL-manager on Prestashop's back-office.
