[solved] Modules and Payment admin option not appear in Prestashop 1.4

Hi... I'm beginner and still new using Prestashop.
I am comparing Prestashop v 1.3(final) and v.14(final). Prestashop v .14(final) very great but why I can't see modules option like istalled or not installed (Back office-> modules there is nothing appear in here, i think should like in v 1.3), its also happen in Back office->payment. This tools make me easy to installing new module like in prestashop v 1.3, if somebody know how to make it appear in prestashop v 1.4, please help?
Or its another way to installing new module without this?
for modules fixed but for payment still not fix yet.
