How to set the product in no discount?

I set the group discount and Cart Rules discount but want to set some items not follow any discount that means the items without discount.

How to get that?

Thanks for your reply and let me explain clearly.

I used group discount for vip customer 10% and created voucher discount for 10% discount for first time customer and didn't use special prices each product.

Now I have one new product and don't want to give any discount to vip customer and can't use the voucher for discount.

so, any solution can make it please?
