[SOLVED] Major database problem

Hello,

I edited .php and .tpl files to make the mobile phone field mandatory when signing up. As a result of this change, it has left my current customers unable to logon and new customers cannot create accounts. I am very concerned with the situation I am in now as the shop is unusable.

Can someone please help me as I believe it has something to do with the database. I just don't know where to go with it.

edit- had to recreate database, then merge with old one, re-up prestastore from scratch.. lesson, dont fcuk with the backend
