How to change the total amount after reduction

Hello,

1) Can you help me to make sure that the right price is displayed after the discount is applied on my shop, please? Indeed, as you can see here : http://prntscr.com/nn3h70, the total is supposed to be 19.9 -2.99 or 16.91 but it still shows 19.9 .

2) How do I delete the part I circled in red from this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/nn3h70 please?

I am on prestashop 1.6.1.1.20
