Shy Posted May 10, 2019 Share Posted May 10, 2019 Hello, I have just creaded a new store (classic theme) for the first time. I am having such a problem trying to import the products. Its validating to 100% but when it starts uploading, it only does 2% then stops with error message: Errors Occured: Error I have been trying to do this for the past 5 days but with no luck. This is my fist time trying this and i dont have much tech knowledge! The csv file has approx 3400 products. I have attached the screenshot of the error message. prestashop support cannot be bothered to respond to the emails im sending them! I am hoping one of you could advise me?
