Editing Refund Section of the Orders Page

I am trying to locate the following section of orders page as I would like to add an addition input for administrator to fill in.

I understand that the cancelProduct is using AdminOrdersController. Anyone can show me where to edit the section below? 

This section will pop up once you click "Standard Refund" or "Return Products"

prestashop does not have Note field when refund, But you can note in Message box

Display to customer? = No

So Only admin can see there notes

I am actually trying to insert a field to process for administrator. To add reason for every refund.
