Module access for employee not saving 1.7.5.1

Hi,

I can’t set the employee permissions to have access to modules, even when selecting “All” checkbox, when you exit and check again all permission are saved except for these and the >>More tab:

When you re-click on these specific boxes, the green success box does NOT show. 

Ive tried deleting ps_access and uploading a fresh one.
Clearing cache 
Tired disabling all non prestashop modules both manually and via the box on “Performance” page and entering debug mode.

 

    

I need to allow a module developer access to fix some issues asap and they are asking for superAdmin but cant give access to my customers data, so need to find a solution. 

Does anyone know if I add these access direct in the database, if so where/what is required?
