An error occurred while sending the email.

Hello!

Well since i update my Prestashop from 1.6 to 1.7.5.2 i have sometimes problems to send e-mails (E-mail templates) the templates are in the root/mail.

The problem is with the languages, mine is spanish (Es-mx)

The mail server works well, because i receive notifications via mail when my clients buy me something (ps_email alerts module works fine)

I have the translated templates in my carpet mails/mx  and the lang.php is fine  also i have this same archives in the themes/MYTEMPLATE/mails/mx

But sometimes,, because sometimes works well... when the status changes to "preparation" or "shipping" etc... The core don't send the e-mail to my clients if i manually change the status of the orders, the system says "An error occurred while sending the email."

This kind of error don't log in error_log or debug mode.... I'm pretty sure is something about languages translations of the e-mail templates.

I'm really try a lot of things, but i can't solved this issue... Is anyone can help me? Thanks!
