vistad
I have a blog under https:// and I decided to install Prestashop into one of sub-directories. Why Prestashop - it looks modern and good. Upon installation I was greatly surprised to find it disrupts https:// in its directory! I looked here and there, contacted my hoster, found there is some problem in its footer. Then I decided to reinstall. Reinstalled and it was the same again! I thought it was a bug. I started googling for for info - and found that Prestashop installs with https:// disabled by default - and it just needs to be enabled with a push of a button in Admin Panel! THIS IS UNBELEIVABLE!!! How devs could have deicded it this way???!!! Whatever there be, if you want your https:// Prestashop to work - just log in to the Admin Panel and switch it on with a push of a button - and you are good to go!
