andyfick
Hi, I've tried searching for a solution for this, as I'm sure I can't be the only one experiencing it, but I haven't found anything either on this forum or through Google. Prestashop 1.6.1.23, default-bootstrap theme, using the Prestashop Google Analytics module, with eCommerce tracking enabled in GA. I have just had a customer who seems to have bookmarked the order-confirmation.php page from a purchase he made last month (along with all of its original parameters). Over a period of about four weeks since he made his original purchase, he's gone back to this page on six occasions, and Google Analytics has recorded each of those visits as a new purchase. As it's a high-value purchase, it's really skewing my figures on Google Analytics. Does anyone know of a way to prevent the order-confirmation.php page from being re-freshed / re-visited once the original order has processed, or to tell GA that it isn't a valid purchase once the original session has expired? Any help / thoughts would be gratefully received, Andrew
