Dans le module ps_shoppingcart pouvez vous tenter de chercher
return $this->fetch('module:ps_shoppingcart/ps_shoppingcart.tpl');
et de remplacer par
return $this->display(__FILE__, 'ps_shoppingcart.tpl');
