Product detail page cannot display and URL gives ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when clicked

Hello!

Our website is still uses Prestashop version 1.4.6.2. We just upgraded some specifications on the server. All webpages on the site are working except the product detail page. When a product was clicked on the product list, it just returned an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". It doesn't displayed the product detail page. I have already regenerated the .htaccess but still no luck.

Attached first image is the screenshot of sample friendly url that is supposed to display the product detail page after clicking a specific product. The second image is the screenshot of .htaccess that was generated.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
